Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tasty IMG website and services operated by TastyIMG, a company located in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TastyIMG provides browser-based design and editing tools delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS), including image editing, workspace management, and related features. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Some features require payment or prepaid credits. Prices and credit consumption rates are shown in the product or at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are delivered or services are rendered. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where applicable.

Tasty Pro includes a 7-day free trial for eligible accounts. A payment card is required at checkout, and the trial starts when checkout is completed. After the trial, your card is automatically charged $12 per month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, using “Manage or cancel subscription” on the Billing page. AI generation credits are purchased separately.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant TastyIMG a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and upload your content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or its users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by TastyIMG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. TastyIMG is not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASTYIMG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASTYIMG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TASTYIMG IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify TastyIMG against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
